AMLA SB260 Letter

Dear AMLA Member:

Earlier this month Senate Bill 260 was introduced. This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama to prohibit monies from the State Parks Fund, the Parks Revolving Fund or any fund currently depositing funds to the state parks from being transferred to any other entity.

I encourage each one of you to immediately contact your legislators and voice your support of Senate Bill 260 and ask them to vote YES. A copy of the letter being sent by AMLA is below as well as a copy SB260 for your use in drafting your own letter of support.
