Free AMLA Seminars Coming in February and March

2020 Social Media Trends, a free social media networking session for Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Associated (AMLA) members, will be held February 11 at Goat Island Brewery in Cullman.
The presenter for the event will be Advance Travel & Tourism group, a destination marketing team within Advance Local, one of the leading media and marketing companies in the United States. The session begins at 10 a.m.
On March 19, the American Association of Retirement Communities (AARC) Educational Seminar will be presented. The AARC is a not-for-profit professional association established in 1994 to support the efforts of states and municipalities, as well as community developers and for-profit businesses, who market to retirees.
The seminar theme is “The Roaring 20s Returns: Recruiting Retirees in a New Decade”. Topics include How To Win More Sales Through All Seasons, Trends Affecting Travel and Retirement Decision-Making, Marketing to Baby Boomers One More Time, and Rethink, Retool and Refine – A Case Study.
The seminar will be held at the Jackson Center, 600 Hudson Way NW, in Huntsville. the event runs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and lunch is included.
